Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority (OMPA) deems responsible stewardship of natural resources as critical to the Authority’s mission. As such, OMPA is seeking proposals for solar and or solar plus storage power purchase agreements (PPAs) to meet capacity requirements beginning May 1, 2021.
In addition to solar, OMPA is seeking proposals for battery storage at one of its member city locations.
Respondents are expected to submit the Intent to Respond form, participate in the Pre-Bid Conference, and submit their proposal in accordance with RFP guidelines. As a trusted affiliate of OMPA, The Energy Authority (TEA) has been chosen to facilitate the RFP process.
