Registration Information

Conference Registration Fees
Register by March 14, 2014, to receive these conference registration rates:

  • APPA Members: $645
  • Nonmembers: $1,290

After March 14, 2014, registration fees will increase by $50.

Pre-Conference Seminar Fees
Pre-conference seminars require a separate registration fee. Register by March 14, 2014, to receive these pre-conference seminar registration rates:

  • APPA Members: $275 (each seminar)
  • Nonmembers: $550 (each seminar)

After March 14, 2014, these registration fees will increase by $50.

The following meals/special events are included in the registration fee for all conference attendees:

Guest Registrations
Conference attendees may bring a guest to the Sunday and Monday evening receptions. Guests do not need to register.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who cancel in writing on or before March 31, 2014, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after March 31 will not receive a refund, but attendee substitutions will be allowed for the 2014 APPA Engineering & Operations Technical Conference only. Registrants and no-shows who do not cancel on or before March 31 are responsible for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed, faxed, or emailed to:

Cutoff date:
March 13, 2014. APPA’s room block may fill up before the cutoff date, so early reservations are encouraged.

Hotel Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
All reservations will be charged a nonrefundable room deposit equal to one night’s stay that will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.  The cut-off date to receive the APPA group rate (plus taxes) is March 13.  If rooms remain in the APPA block after the cut-off date, the APPA group rate will be honored.  If not, you may be charged a higher rate.  The room block may sell out before March 13, so early reservations are encouraged.

The Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel should receive all reservations no later than March 13, 2014.

The average daily high temperature for Oklahoma City, Okla., for the dates of the conference 70° F with an average daily low of 47° F. Since meeting room temperatures vary, please prepare to dress for cool conditions. The attire for the conference is business casual.
